By the end of August 2018, there's Marco D'orfeo, a young, imaginative, creative Chef, but also related to the tradition of piedmont.
Marco was born in Turin, class of 1990, and, after the vocational training school, built his career starting with his mentor Alessandro Mecca , where she began her career at only 18 years old.
In 2011, after an important experience in Brazil at the Restaurant D. O. M. in San Paulo Chef Alex Atala, increases his passion for gourmet cuisine.
Back in Italy he continues his career at the Restaurant in The Summer of San Martino di Villanova d'asti and in 2014 comes to Alba, where he became the Sous Chef of the Restaurant Larossa , 1 Michelin Star.
